99designs reviews: stories from our customers

I've already recommended 99designs to a friend who manages a reggae band that needs a new logo. My experience--including an inquiry call to customer service--has been great. I wish I'd found 99designs earlier!

This is the best way to get any design done. It makes perfect sense for as much money as you want to pay, you get loads of designers instead of one who might not get it right. You get loads of different ideas and designs to choose from which is the only hard part of the very easy to manage process. Will definitely use again.

I was very pleased with the contest submissions and the assistance I received from the staff at 99designs. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and I am happy I found this site. Also, the updates sent to my e-mail account were very helpful.

I was admittedly wary about starting a contest with 99designs, but once the process got rolling it took all that away and it became really exciting to see what people came up with. People were so willing to change and learn your likes and dislikes, and in the end, instead of not liking anything, which I was afraid of, I ended up liking more than one which required me to do a poll so my friends could help me decide! What a wonderful issue that was to have! Thank you!
