Description of the organization and its target audience
This is a logo for ‘American Ambition’ a newsletter that focuses on American growth, economy, politics, and technology, with more than 1,000,000 subscribers.
The logo should be equal parts tradition and futuristic. The words ‘American Ambition’ should be easily readable.
One potential design motif would be to include both old and new American flags - wavy stripes, stars, the red white and blue - in both traditional and futuristic styles. In my look book on Pinterest, I’ve collected both old style 1800s US flags, and examples of neon US flags.
I’ve used 99Designs before several times and have been very pleased with the creativity and quality of the designers on this site.

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
Text in logos should be converted to outlines.
