The website translates the sensory world of agave, sun, soil, texture, ritual, into a digital environment and reflects the richness of agave culture while being practical enough to handle the everyday needs of a growing organization.
Color Palette
Color was the first and most important design decision. The brand palette of forest green, light lime green, and black strikes a balance between organic and modern, much like Southern California itself.")

For Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Morgan Roberts, the balance between expertise and approachability is critical to her business philosophy. My job was to translate that into a cohesive visual identity and website that would feel inviting, trustworthy, and infused with her personality.
A Logo That Sets the Tone
We began with a new logo, which needed to convey a confident modernity with a softness that reflected Morgan’s warmth and individualized approach. The defining feature of the workmark is a bold, curvy font that establishes a design-forward, professional look while keeping the mood light and approachable. This balance is ideal for a health-based brand, where trust and relatability must work hand in hand.")

There are no cluttered menus, complicated forms, or endless scrolling. Everything is easy, effortless, and designed to feel like a service already in motion—an invitation rather than a pitch.

The design was led by the brand’s line-drawn logo, which already carried a sense of charm. That logo set the tone for the entire visual system.
A palette of warm pinks, plums, and browns creates a feeling of comfort. These colors echo the emotional tone of home baking without feeling childish or overly sweet.
A modern serif font brings structure and polish, while italic accents introduce a personalized softness.
Products are clearly separated by delivery method, helping customers immediately understand what can be posted within the UK and what is available for local collection in Horsforth. This practical clarity reduces friction and sets expectations early.
Alongside the shop, Lucy’s personal story is foundational and frames the entire experience — someone who genuinely enjoys the process.")

Each element functions like a carefully framed view, placed with the same attention to proportion and context that defines the architecture it represents.
The homepage sets the tone with a single, immersive full-bleed image. The logo and navigation are the only visible elements, and even they sit quietly in the frame. To add a sense of ceremony, entry is preceded by a brief splash screen with the studio name and a subtle fade transition.
The rest of the site follows suit: clean, clear, and structured with intent. Ample white space gives each page room to breathe and creates a sense of calm pacing throughout.")

Here, images, white space, fonts, movement, and exposition were chosen to echo the language of Jacqueline’s interiors: measured, intentional, and timeless.")

Drawing from minhwa and chaekgeori painting, the new website offers a refined setting where color, symbolism, and craft can be appreciated without distraction.
A largely white palette establishes a sense of lightness and calm, giving the silk illustrations room to breathe. This brightness is intentional, creating contrast that allows the colors to remain the visual anchor throughout the site.
Content is kept concise to match the clarity of the visual language. Images are presented in rectangles, reminiscent of an art gallery experience, supporting the craftsmanship and artistry of the pieces.
References to traditional Korean folk art provide grounding without overshadowing the modern context.")
