The original logo was I assume to be the signature of the owner, so I made sure to maintain the feel of it to still highlight the brand's main icon that is the chef. I cleaned up the arrangement of the letters as some spacings led to unrecognizable words. I also added some swishes to make it more dynamic and playful and lastly added some accents of green to emphasize that it is an Italian restaurant")
