I'm looking for something simple, clean, and fun in black and white that's more on the feminine side since we service mostly women.
I like to idea of using SB or SBF and having a "breakaway" image that identifies our brand, however, I'm also open to a new image that signifies fitness but isn't someone flexing.
I like the idea of having an image in a circle, square, or triangle. Also open to other ideas for breakaway image such a sweat drop, flame, lightening bolt, or other image that signifies fitness.
For instance, Apple has the apple, Nike has the check, etc.

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
Text in logos should be converted to outlines.
