German High Tech Telco Needs New Webdesign

We are a telco service provider. We offer telecommunication solutions to companies with the need for large scale communication solutions such as huge inbound phone call hosting and distribution, vote-by-phone and vote-by-sms systems, etc. We are vertically 100% integrated and develop our own high end software solutions. We are also a full service carrier with our own infrastructure. We are a full scale landline phone carrier in Germany and Austria, plus full MVNO mobile network operator in Austria. Our target audience are from small to large companies, any company that has demand for our services, from 20 employees to several thousand. Within those companies, our main audience are technical project managers, call center managers, marketing managers, heads of customer service as well as the CEO.
We have a great logo but need a professional extension of it, so our website looks as good as our solutions are. Blue, gray, white, with red to set highlights. Landing pages can very well be a bit reduced in their look, mouse over menues. We want the design to express clarity, professionality. We are efficient and deliver german built quality and reliability, it would be great if the design could express that.
We will have graphical explanations of our partly complex products, such as timelines and videos, idiograms and checklists, such as e.g. when you want to transfer your phone number from one provider to another. Sales copy will be structured well, catering to the two reading paths, with headlines, subheadlines and bolted text, as well as clear "this is your problem?" definitions and boxes, and also clear "this is the solution" texts. We will use long texts with testimonials and case studies to not only show potential solutions, but also to reach good long term seo positions.
What to avoid
There will be no flashy pictures or PR stunts, we need to express professional excellence. No stock photos of people in office settings, our target group has seen them dozens of times. Other colors such as green, orange, yellow and brown may be used very sparringly to direct the eye, but in the end it has to look the part, so the designer will have a bit of a free hand.
As a feeling, we would like the webdesign to feel like a speed boat: Even though we soon will have 20 years of experience in the market, we are extremely versatile, can change direction very fast, if needed to win a race, and we have VERY reliable technology. As we are in bavaria, think of us as a BMW when it comes to reliability. So maybe a BMW speed boat, if that is not too esoteric. UPDATE FOR PRODUCT PAGE DESIGN As for the template for the product pages, it needs to be able to incorporate the following elements: MAIN COLUMN HEADLINE (serving A-ttention) Subheadline (serving I-nterest) —BODYCOPY 2 Videos on each page, the first „on the fold“, so part of it is visible before the visitor has to scroll the first time, A box with the definition of the PROBLEM, as experienced by the interested user, (serving D-esire) A list of the benefits of our solution to that problem, including USPs why our solution is better than that of the competition, etc. —BODYCOPY Flowchart of the product, so the customer can see how it helps him Contact Form (serving A-ction) RIGHT COLUMN A column on the right side for testimonials and media reports.
