How developmenta started their web page design journey
Who are you known as?
Crown Data Systems
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We design software for freight carriers. Our software is made for truckers, office workers, dock workers, warehouse workers, etc... This web application will be running on both mobile and desktop platforms.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
What do you have in mind for the style and theme of the web page?
Please no marketing pages, we need a form-based website design; thanks!
We want to use the Crown Data Systems website as the general basis for this design. We're open to variations on that theme, but that's the closest to an "approved" design that Crown has. HOWEVER, we're not looking for marketing pages - this design is for the form that's attached to this contest. So we're looking for a design that integrates the form and not a landing page for our web site.
If you look at the wire frame in the attached zip file, the site will contain a logo, account links, menu bar, content (form), and footer. We're looking to be able to utilize this design for multiple form pages on the site. An example form is in the zip file as well with Crown Data Systems media examples. Some of the best designs we've seen have deviated from the wire frame and have come up with some fresh ideas on where to place menu bars.
What to avoid
"Crown Blue" is #0055a5, we're looking for that color to be incorporated into the look & feel.
We need a properly layered Photoshop (PSD) document at the end of this process which we can manipulate further.
We're not looking for a site redesign; really we need something _based_ on our site which incorporates the Crown look into our web application. Anything you can do to make the form integrate with your design is on the table.
