The designer did a great job, implemented every piece of feedback I submitted. Worked quickly and delivered a great outcome.
Wp11 was great to work with. Quickly responded to feedback and designed a logo that was exactly what I was looking for!

How wkoffel started their web page design journey
Who are you known as?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We run a blog and content site for startup founders that demystifies technology and product development. We help answer questions about programming, team hiring, dev process, scaling, databases, and management of engineering organizations.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
What do you have in mind for the style and theme of the web page?
This is a text-rich site, so typography matters a lot. Very readable on web and mobile devices, attractive font treatment.
I like the combination of technology-graphite colors with green which promotes an organic "friendly" feeling. But overall, tasteful and understated, with a focus on the text. Probably green as an accent color.
The theme of "light" is important. Shedding light on complicated topics. Putting things in the spot-light, those kind of themes.
This is a Wordpress blog. The homepage must include header and navigation, a set of featured posts, a sidebar with a flexible design for numerous different widgets, with 3-4 included in the initial design, and a main body content, which will be blog posts including basic formatting, aside areas, footnotes, etc.
Design should almost certainly be dark text on light background (but feel free to wow me if you think you've got a killer light-on-dark design!)
There is not currently a logo for ClearlyTech. If I like the logo in your design, we can talk further about more logo work in different sizes, vector, etc.
What to avoid
Avoid lots of heavy graphics, the site should be fairly well optimized, but doesn't need to be pure CSS, images are okay too.
A flexible design will be preferred, so its easy to modify over time for new pages and types of content.
I don't have rights to the current graphic on signup.clearlytech.com, so we can't use that in the production site.
The wireframe you see is built in the Genesis Wordpress framework. I can make a beta version of the site available to you with this content, if you would like to see HTML/CSS/JS, or play with the content in a live environment.
