Olifluous is a concatenation of the Dutch word for Elephant (Olifant) and mellifluous. Due to client liking how those two words sounded. This wasn't to be reflected in the design. The Client sold knowledge about datacenters, IT networks, network automation, But had other businesses. The logo needed to be abstract enough to be used in any of his various businesses. From the brief I took direction from the logo needing to invoke Innovation, Intelligence, Kindness & Open-mindedness.
