This project was based on providing online booking as well as physical clinic booking for doctors.
The project contains following modules which I designed:

4: Admin Panel Ui
5: App Ui For Doctors
6: App Ui For Patients

Initially client provided wireframes but there was lot of UX problems so I discuss with the client and solve and add new features which was important for both patient and doctor.
The purpose for the clinic ui was if the patient has not any smartphone or app and is not educated so that staff of clinic can register him on their portal.
