While technically defined as “55+”, in our portfolio the average age of the resident is currently 70 years of age. This is a senior living without the expense of medical, meals, and maids associated with Independent Living. They’ve retired from the workforce, and want to reconnect with a community, realize how valuable their time is, and want all the freedom associated with this stage of life.
