As specified I portrayed the figure fighting the IV pole. They are both beat up and exhausted from the fight, but the the man has the upper hand as he is choking the IV pole with a stethoscope, and stomping on both the foot and the chord of the IV pole.

The back cover is still a rough draft, but the size and format of the cover is as specified. For the spine I did not put the (*) section in, but can be added later if needed.
