Custom Book Cover Design

My graphic design experience with designing book covers (and other graphic design) spans over 10 years. I have a B.A. degree in communications and advertising, and was co-founder of a boutique advertising and design firm in 2007. I have since gone on my own and started a niche business designing covers and author swag for authors and publishers.

My custom book covers include photo manipulations using royalty free stock images, or images you provide. I do not do illustrations or 3D gaming characters. Please see my folio to view my work.

I prefer all clients to fill out a design brief so I can get the information necessary to bring your vision to life. Two different cover concepts will be created for your review with three sets of revisions to selected design included. Any royalty free images used in the design are not included and will need to be purchased separately so you will have the proper licensing since licenses cannot be transferred. I will let you know how much this will cost for your approval and will send links for you to download the images. I will always attempt to find free images when I can, and always keep the client's budget in mind.

When final design is approved, files will be uploaded in the handover section. Turnaround time will vary depending on your response time for review of concepts, etc.

Deliverables include a print ready PDF, JPGs of front and back for Amazon or other digital catalog, and 3D mockup for your website or other web use. Full PSD or AI file included if desired. Fonts will only be included if they are considered free for commercial purposes.
