Guaranteed Winner! - Looking for an Elegant and Simple Design

We are private labelling a product made in China .This product is a 5-port USB mobile device charging station. It has what they call a Smart IC chip. The Smart IC Chip technology prevents your battery against overcharging. Our unit has the Smart IC on each of the 5 USB ports. It works with all mobile devices. It allows the charger to charge the mobile device at the optimal charging rate for the device, and when the device is fully charged it stops. The Smart IC protects the mobile device from over current, over voltage, over loading, over heating, and short circuit protection. This product plugs into the wall and provides charging for up to 5 devices at a time. Again it is compatible with all 5 mobile devices. This product is used by anybody in the USA with a mobile device. It will only be marketed in the USA at this time, so the plug is a US plug.
What's your vision?
We need both the package sleeve according to the product guidelines that fits over the unit's box as well as a corresponding logo that will be imprinted on the actual unit to be designed. Product: 5-Port USB Charging Station We are looking for an original design including a catchy product name. Right now we are considering "Smart Charger", but would consider any recommendation. The model number for the unit is KYT-808, and the product is "Made in China" which needs to be on the packaging. The design is up to you to come up with, but should be simple and appealing and not overly busy. We would like both the label design in a format ready to print as well as 3D Renderings of the logo on the unit and packaging, in a minimum resolution of 1200x1200 on a pure white background for display on our website. The logo on the unit could be "Smart Charger" or "Smart Charger by OrchardUSA". It would replace the KYT logo on the product sample attached and would be on the white portion of the unit as well as on the packing sleeve. We want the packaging and unit to match in style. There are other sellers of this unit out there, so although we can use ideas from the other pacakging examples, we obviuosly want ours to be unique and more appealing to the comsumer. I have attached as many images to of the unit and packaging as I can to show what the product looks like along with the packaging. We have a product template for the packaging which you need to use, but modify for our private label. (see attached) Somewhere on the packaging label you need this text in there: Distributed by: Orchard Enterprises, LLC Mandeville, LA 70471 985-635-7447 We will also need our UPC code on the pacakging label. You can use any UPC example you wish for now, but before the final design we will assign our actual UPC code for final delivery. Where the sample says "Specifications" There will also be product specifications very similar to, if not exactly like the information included on the sample_product_image_back.jpg. I will provide exact text to use before final delivery.
Again, I have provided samples, but you should not copy those. they are there for example. your design needs to be unique. If you have questions please ask.
