He literally hit the nail right on the head, I knew he was top three from his first submission. After going back and forth with other designers and multiple polls. I chose the first submission because he was the only one to share my vision. We went back and forth for longer than I wanted but I was on vacation, he was sick, then the Holiday Season started. Besides that little snafu the design was awesome and worth the wait. I highly recommend!!!

What colors do you want to see in your design?
Other color requirements
Reference Cognac and Classic scotches or Bourbons but don't be afraid to be hip or edgy with a throwback 80's & 90's vibe
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
We're a nano distilled craft brandy that cares about flavor and taste. We handcraft, with careful attention to details, specifically the apples, yeast, and water. Our process is our lively hood, we hand craft every batch in our micro still and then finish with french oak.
Description of the product target audience
We are a small craft nano distillery in New York City. We are creating our first product to market and it will be our flagship brand "Ocean Hill" Brandy. This spirit is made from a hard cider that is pressed from finely selected New York State Apples. The audience is a sophisticated early adopter. They're millennials that support small business and local companies. They're spirit drinkers and enjoy cocktails from highly skilled mixologists that care about there beverage ingredients.
I'm looking for a label that meets TTB guidelines for approval
Brandy Design Brief
The physical glass bottle is a generic clear glass vodka bottle, that is tall thin and slender like a traditional Vodka Bottle.
The label will be two sided and I’ll need a seal sticker as well.
The front label should focus on the brand “Ocean Hill” Apple Brandy and needs to be unique and distinct. It should highlight the fact that the spirit is being pressed from NY State apples. It should also reference that it comes from a nano still.
Mandatory inclusions on front label are:
1. The Brand: Ocean Hill
2. Type of Spirit: Apple Brandy
3. 40% ALC./VOL. (80 Proof)
4. Small batch info: Batch #, Bottle #, Date: Month & Year, Crafted By Signature
Mandatory inclusions on back label are:
1. Loris Ipsum:
2. Sadden Brother Logo:
3. Distilled From NYS Apples
4. The Government health & warning statement below:
GOVERNMENT WARNING: (1) ACCORDING TO THE SURGEON GENERAL WOMEN SHOULD NOT DRINK ALCOHOLOIC BEVERAGES DURING PREGNANCY BECAUSE OF THE RISK OF BIRTH DEFFECTS. (2) CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IMPAIRS YOUR ABILITY TO DRIVE A CAR OR OPERATE MACHINERY, AND MAY CAUSE HEALTH PROBLEMS.
5. The name and address statement below:
Distilled and Hand Bottled By Sadden Brothers & Co. Distilling Corp. Brooklyn, NY.
6. Website: http://www.SaddenBrothers.com
8. Pride of New York Logo
9. Thank you for enjoying our Nano distilled Brandy and Please Drink Responsibly
The dimensions are attached in the bottle specs in metric. The Imperial measurements are as follows, the circumference of the bottle is 9-1/2" and the label can be either offset in one whole band or two bands (Front label & Back label) for adhesive. If the design is two pieces Front and Back then the design shouldn't be any wider then 4" We would prefer some of the Brandy to show so the height shouldn't exceed 6 1/2" and can be smaller. However, if two piece is chosen then the height of the back should be slightly smaller than the front. The shape doesn't need to be square.
I'm more than likely going to use a 70# bright white felt paper or off white of the same weight
