The “La Collina” (The Hill) vineyard is situated in the municipality of Brisighella, and lies in the first of the uplands of the eastern Apennines, the Colli di Faenza, in the Province of Ravenna, Italy. Products include wine (four lines of red wine and one white wine), olive oil, grappa and gin. Are wines are unfiltered and produced organically.

Italian restaurant, (high-end) wine consumers in Switzerland and other European countries. Typical consumers are 40+, 2/3 male, 1/3 female and willing to spend for premium wine.

The owners of the wineyard like certain elemens of the current design / etiquette (it's noticable, consumers see it when entering a restaurant) but at the same time would like to make the design more premium. Furthermore they are not very happy with the current colour which is to flashy and not premium. In essence they are not looking for a complete redesign but a more premium variation of the current etiquette.
