A series of PDFs that clients can use as workout trackers. Each PDF will be printed by a user, and they will be able to track the date, weights, and number of repetitions they did for each exercise in the workout. There are 11 workouts in total, so I would like 11 separate PDFs, but would like all of them to be the same style and design - just updated for the workout titles and exercise names, etc.
The PDFs should be designed to incorporate/meld 2 different styles - one being that of the specific workout program (Beachbody's 22 Minute Hard Corps - military style - please use 22 Minute Hard Corps graphics from Beachbody's website), and another being my company (Drop the Cookie - please use colors and fonts similar to that on http://www.dropthecookie.com, and I can also send you images if needed). I want the PDFs to incorporate colors, fonts, pictures, etc that make them recognizable to both 22 Minute Hard Corps and Drop the Cookie. I will provide images and websites to use as references.
A grid to track the date, and each exercises weight and reps completed is required (as well as the name of each exercise and the goal reps - I will provide to selected designer) (see attached file for an example of what I'm trying to improve on).
Also need the title of each workout and the catchphrase for that workout, along with recommended equipment.
Each PDF should be formatted to fit nicely on a printed 8.5x11" page - that will be the sole use of these PDFs.
Also need a small image of a few of the PDFs overlayed, to act as a teaser/advertisement of the collection of workout PDFs (see attached photo)
Please be creative in the layout/design, background, and colors, as long as it has the items mentioned above and it sticks to the two styles of 22 Minute Hard Corps and Drop the Cookie. Also, if possible, a slight slant towards female appeal is preferable, but not required.
