Followit is an online case management application that allows companies to collaborate and keep track of all types of processes.
Once a process is documented, it becomes a case. Cases can be anything from a customer claim to a budget request, a contract that needs to be signed, invoice payments and approvals, among others. Basically any process that needs to be documented and kept track of.
After it has been documented, you can delegate the case, refer it to a colleague or a department within the company, put on hold until it can be resolved, or close the case if it has been completed.
Each user in Followit has their own Dashboard inbox that notifies them how many new cases they have assigned to them, how many they have sent to others but haven't been accepted, how many they have on hold, and how many have been delegated to others. They can also receive notifications and alerts in their Dashboard and/or through email.
One of Followit's key features is it's Report which allows managers to track important data such as KPI (Key Performance Index) information as well as how much time its taking to close cases, how many cases are still unresolved, how many are closed, among 10 additional reports.
Other important features are: you may attach documents to cases, you can customize Followit according to your company or Department's needs, you can work a case in a single documentation screen where you can also view all the case's history/logs.
Followit works for basically any industry but our focus right now are Enterprises with a Finance Department specifically for Accounts Payable. Our other audience is a Customer Service Department in an Enterprise.
