What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
Flyer for trade show drawing. It will provide basic information about the company and its offerings, but also is the registration form for the grand prize. HERE ARE THE DETAILS: We want to create a promotional flyer that will be inserted into a registration bag for a conference. The purpose is to: 1. Provide a registration form for our grand prize drawing – which is a trip to attend our Student Transportation Leadership Conference (STLC) in Las Vegas, March 5-9, 2018. 2. Get people to visit our booth and go through our stations to learn more about Edulog. We will have four stations within our tradeshow booth and in order to be entered to win a trip to our STLC conference, tradeshow attendees must get a stamp from each station they visit. We want to explain the four stations that attendees must visit to validate their registration form. (at another trade show we used the “road map” post card that is attached. It was on a post card – not a full sheet. We like the look of this and you can incorporate this “road map” kind of design. Come to BOOTH 422 to register. We must have a place on the form to physically check off the 4 stations using a marker or pen. 3. Provide a few details about the STLC conference 4. Announce the company’s 40th birthday --------------------------------- REGISTRATION FORM - this should take the bottom third of the front page. On the registration form (which we would cut from the bottom of the sheet) we would like to gather the following information: NAME: TITLE: SCHOOL DISTRICT / CONTRACTOR / GOVERNMENT AGENCY: OFFICE PHONE NUMBER CELL PHONE NUMBER EMAIL ADDRESS: Check-off that I visited each of these four stations.: __ OCC ___360 __Consulting __ Parent Portal The drawing will be held at 2:30 PM at the NAPT Trade Show at booth 422. You must be in line by 2:15 to be registered. On the back of the sheet, matching up with the front ⅓ of the sheet where the registration information is….. I AM INTERESTED IN MORE INFORMATION ON: (check all that apply) Consulting Services GPS / Parent Portal Software Routing software OnCommand Connection EXPLAIN THE FOUR STATIONS 1. Edulog 360 • Edulog’s route management • GPS with no up-front cost • Planned versus actual analytics • Parent Portal 2. Edulog + OnCommand Connection What happens when industry leaders come together? 3. Edulog Parent Portal • See what’s new about school bus ETA, crowdsourcing data from parents, and performing a transportation request from your mobile device DETAILS ABOUT STLC The Student Transportation Leadership Conference is an opportunity for school district leaders to discuss current industry issues led by their peers from around the country, along with industry experts. Each session includes ample time for discussion. While held at the same time and location as Edulog’s annual user training conference, STLC sessions are not specific to any Edulog products. BIRTHDAY Edulog was founded in 1977 and is celebrating its 40th birthday. should also have the logos for linkedin, facebook, twitter www.edulog.com (406) 728-0893 email@example.com
Stop by Edulog booth to see what is new. Then sign up for a free trip to Edulog's Las Vegas Conference. The "road map" post card is attached as an example but not to be inserted in the document. We hope that the new document will have a similar "road map" look but it doesn't have to use the same colors etc.
