Clients that we are aiming are costumers that are about to renew their mortgage.  Most people in Quebec, have a tendency to stay with their bank because it is easier and they feel secure this way, they don't know we can take care of shopping the best rate for them, take care of everything from A to Z with only a phone call.    This means so much money in rate saving.  We will be sending a personalised letter to the home owner with the brochure explaining who we are and why using us. 10 days later, a broker will be contacting the costumer by phone to discuss about the information's that is in the flyer.

The brochure will be sent to home owners for their mortgage renewals.  Most customers have no idea who we are.  They often deal with their own banks.  We want to let them know we can offer them a better rate on their mortgage renewal and by doing so they will be able to save a lot of money.  Usually, people feel more secure to renew with their own bank even if they have to pay a little more.  We want to let them know that it is risk free to deal with a broker.
