I need my main logos refreshed, and new logo elements created (gauge glass, pipe wrench). I need business cards, invoices, and 3-1/2" x 5" stickers that I put on boilers.
The invoices should have 3 parts: Materials, Labor, & Travel/Miscellaneous. They are to be both printed and used digitally on Xero Account Software. The digital version also needs a quotation form, which should be the same except for the title.
The sticker just needs to look better.
The main logo (AI & EPS files) I am pretty happy with, but I do think the black one needs a border or something, and I'd like to have or see an oval version. I change my home-page 4 times a year with the seasons. The font in the logo is Arthur Sans. For the current season (winter) my logo works with the winter photo. But with spring, summer, and fall, -my logo does not look right with the pictures, so we need to change or add something. It just doesn't look right for some reason. It needs to be transparent, or turned more into a banner logo, or something...
The gauge and radiator logo elements were never finished before the designer died. I think they can be better. They don't even have the AI & EPS formats. When I started I didn't realize how often a logo can only be placed in a square box in so many online situations. So for these situations, my main logo is useless. So the gauge and/or radiator needs to get a lot better.
The pipe wrench and gauge glass will be design elements used in various ways, maybe even on the sticker and/or invoice, or whatever. Just good to have in the tool box. The gauge glass has a B&W illustration of an old-fashioned one, which I like. The photo next to it was placed so you can better see what one looks like. There is a glass tube, and it should be half-filled with water.
The business card and invoice should have name, website, and telephone, no address. Business card name: Ryan Curran
Tag lines I use are:
Service, Installation, & Restoration of Steam Heating Systems
Efficient, Quiet, & Comfortable Steam Heat
Steam heating systems were installed from around 1900 to 1945. So the over all theme should be from that era, i.e. Victorian or Art Deco, and I have found that Steampunk art works well too, if it is not the fantastical version. My overall image needs to be one of professionalism and seriousness of purpose, great competency.
Fonts I have used are Jenson Classico, Georgia, Academy Engraved, and Times New Roman, but you may experiment. Vintage fonts preferred, but not too wild. Serious, remember.
