AGILEUM has developed a Mobile Platform that provides the several Enterprise functionalities to our clients. We are looking to revamp our UX/UI design and launched this contest so as to determine a modern looking design that will be used for the next 5 years. The design should be Mobile Technology (i.e. Android/iOS) agnostic and we should be able to re-translate it in different mobile technologies (i.e. From Android to iOS) in a seamless manner.

AGILEUM has developed a Mobile Platform that provides the following functionalities to our clients: + Ability for the End Users to place an Order, Make the Payment and Follow up on the Delivery Process + Ability for End Users to search for their Clients in the mobile app in a seamless manner + Ability for End Users to get the Details of their Clients called the 360 View of the Customer where information such are structured in different sections - Customer Master Information, Customer Delivery Information, Customer Payment Information, Customer Latest Transactions, Customer Complaints AGILEUM is planning to re-use these screens regarding the Planning & Maintenance functionalities + Ability for the End Users to search for Villas in the Mobile app in a seamless manner + Ability for End Users to get the Details of the Villas called the 360 View of the Villas where information such are structured in a subset of different sections such as Villas Master Information, Villas Latest Transactions, Villas Complaints The Mobile App design should be flexible enough for AGILEUM to use it in several functional contexts (i.e. Order Taking and Villas Maintenance) The main functionalities/screen that will need to be developed as part of this contest are: 1. Home Screen 1. The Home screen is the entry point to all our mobile applications and sets the tone in terms of Design 2. The Home screen should allow the end user to i) See the User Information/Photo/Account/Setting/Logout in a synthetic manner ii) Provide a Dashboard view with graphs that would provide a visual interpretation of: a. key transactions performed by that user b. some key KPI’s c. The end user need to be able to interact with the graphs to get specific information 2. 360 View of a Customer or Villa screen i) This screen should allow the end user of the mobile app to search in a user friendly way for a Customer/Villa ii). The ability to select a Customer/Villa and drill down to the details of the Customer/Villa iii). The 360 View screen provides to the end user a consolidated view of all a. key master data related information b. combined with Transactional information (Historical payments, etc) c. and Quality Information (i.e. Issues/Complaints) iv). The end user should be able to scroll down and see the information in a synthetic fashion 3. Transactional screen where Transactions can be initiated i) In the case of an Order, the end user can retrieve or create an order and submit the order to be processed ii). In the case of a work order, the end user of a mobile app can retrieve or create a work order and submit the work order to be processed iii) In the same screen, the ability for the end user to track orders or work orders based on a set of pre-defined status (i.e. Submitted, In Process, Delivery in Process, Delivered, Closed) 4. Request Screen i) A screen that will allow the mobile end user to create a specific type of request such as a Complaint, an Issue whereby they can specify the type (Issue, Complaint, a Description field, a severity) and submit for processing. ii) Within the same screen, the end user needs to be able to follow up on historical issues/complaints that he has logged in the past 5. Rewards/Benefits screen i) The screen should detail in a consolidated fashion: a. The total of point cumulated so far b. The ability for the end user to scan a QR code to cumulate some points c. Choose a type of reward to redeem the number of points cumulated
