Physical strength and conditioning program as " Constantly varied functional movements executed at high intesity across broad time and modal domains," with the stated goal of improving fitness, which it defines as "work capacity across broad time and modal domains."
Crossfit Demographics are Under 18yrs old: 18%, 18yrs-24yrs: 6%, 25yrs-34yrs: 40%, 35yrs-44yrs: 20%, 45yrs-54yrs: 8%, 55yrs-64yrs: 2%, 65+: 5% with the marketing perspective to be 25yrs-44yrs is the sweet spot to aim for fitness and health related industries and other self-improvement businesses. This age range is settling into adulthood and likely wants to regain or maintain the youthful figure from their high school days.
