Staff Sked applies advanced data science techniques such as discrete event simulation and linear programming optimization to identify the minimum personnel staffing models necessary to satisfy a particular demand. Staff Sked comprises three product-as-a-service offerings that analyze demand data from emergency departments, customer care and 911 call centers, and hotel, restaurant and large venue valet services to find the minimum personnel and scheduling schemas required to both meet demand as well as operational performance goals. We minimize personnel costs.
