YourPack is a Swedish tech start-up which aims to catalyze a change of ownership in the e-commerce distribution chain. It’s vision is to connect access points enabling efficient distribution for merchants within e-commerce. Through YourPack, it’s partners and customers, can build and brand their own offer within e-commerce click and collect, resulting in lower costs, better use of pick-up points and increased business opportunities. Our primary customers are retailers or owners of physical stores or locations who can enable access point for the the growing demand of efficient last-mile solutions within e-commerce. Retailers key pain points: Change of ownership, Flexibility, Profitability, Customer loyalty, Social – and environment responsibility. Our second target group are merchants within e-commerce wanting to offer their customers flexible, value-adding and cost-efficient delivery solutions together with strong retail brands. Key pain points: Customer experience, modern logistic solutions, flexibility, customer loyalty, cost-efficiency.

It is very important that the logo and pay-off communicate YourPacks purpose and benefit. The brief is quite extensive, but the logo needs to be precise. In order to give you guys a clear understanding of our company I yet choose to be more extensive. Focus on the key pain points of our customers and on the key-words of the benefit.
