Tech brand logo for a range of devices & accessories for smartphone & lifestyle
Check out nonda's Logo design contest…
• We are creating a brand for a range of products to sell into Australian Pharmacy. The brand name is “PTG”, which stands for “Pharmacy Technology Group”. • The products ranges will cover the following categories: o Travel / Convenience: e.g. Power converters, plugs, adaptors… o Lifestyle / Fun: e.g. Bluetooth speakers, headsets, Phone chargers… o E-Health: Baby monitors, Wearable devices, Heart rate monitors… • Some of the products in the range, particularly the e-health products will connect to an app on a mobile device. • The idea of a brand exclusively for Pharmacy is twofold: o 1. TRUST / QUALITY: There’s a level of trust in pharmacy because you’re dealing with skilled, knowledgeable owners who advise you on your health. Similarly our Pharmacy brand products can be trusted to be good quality and deliver what’s promised. o 2. CONVENIENCE: There’s a convenience factor about making purchases in a pharmacy. When picking up your medications it’s convenient to add other impulse purchase items, particularly items of convenience. When shopping for medications before going on a trip, it’s convenient to also grab the power adaptors etc. • Brand ideals – What the branding should say: o Trust: My pharmacist gives me good health advice and equally wouldn’t sell anything that wasn’t good for me. o Quality: Pharmacy grade products. These products can withstand travel. Not cheap Chinese knock offs. o Familiarity: I recognise / trust this brand. o Smart: Every product has an innovative nature to it. Clever because it’s compact and convenient. Innovative because it’s a product that links to an app. o Affordable: They are not apple products but should look good next to them. o Stylish: Looks pretty slick too. The logo should fit these brand ideas. The logo needs to be a lettermark "PTG" but also need to include the full name in a lockup. PTG should preferably incorporate some symbolism of connectivity into the letters. eg the kogan brand has the on/off symbol.
