Diagraph was established in 1893, so we have been a leader in our industry for nearly 125 years. We are known for providing solutions that are industrially designed to hold up well in the harshest of manufacturing environments and to last exponentially longer than products offered by our competitors.
We are also more than just the products we sell. We have a global team of customer service, field service, technical support, and sales representatives that serve as expert resources for our customers. We are a full solution provider, which means that we can fully support the product long after the sale.
Our shared company values are Quality, Reliability, Simplicity, Continuous Improvement, and Partnership.
We are looking for a horizontal layout as well as a square layout to accommodate nearly any application of our logo on the web and in print.
We often refer to our company as Diagraph Marking & Coding as well as refer to our technology as coding and labeling equipment.
One of the issues that we have with are current logo is that the line-dot treatment (which is inspired by drops of inks and barcodes) does not scale small very well which is an issue with using it in digital materials as well as when embroidered on our apparel. This logo is also applied to all of of our equipment, so its ability to be used in a large format and be recognized from a distance is important.
Some other thoughts to consider for inspiration include that we mark primarily on packaging, which often comes in the form of boxes and is always three dimensional in nature.
Also, with regard to our inkjet products, which is the largest part of our business, the ink is projected or "thrown" from our printheads at an arc before it hits the product and creates a droplet on the product, which when combined with other droplets, forms the image or the "mark" as we call it.
