Nexus Asset Management has two basic focuses for conducting business:
1) PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT
Nexus Asset Management provides clients with a refreshing approach towards generating favorable ROI's, drastically minimizing the risks involved, and giving clients more control over their portfolios as they deem appropriate. In a tumultuous market economy, finding the most rewarding balance between risk and return has always been the primary objective, but an elusive balance. While market trading can certainly produce considerable gains, there are few who can produce yields much above a 5% return on an initial investment, especially considering the amount of risk, that most investors find themselves comfortable with. We understand that yielding healthy returns, all while drastically minimizing the amount of risk any investor assumes, could just as easily be seen as an art form - as much as a means to developing and strengthening financial security. We operate in a rather niche market, and are constantly ensuring that we are always more than a few steps ahead of the game. While day traders boast returns that average around 5% gain, many of our clients receive no less than 12% gains on their contributions. We have taken a privatized approach to what many restaurant and hotel operators might normally not have access to, in offering loans specifically tailored towards the costs associated with some of the licensing aspects in the State of Florida.
2) NICHE COMMODITIES
Nexus Asset Management also is directly involved with facilitating the acquisition and sale of niche commodities that are often highly sought after, although can be difficult to obtain. Commodities such as rare woods, original pieces of art, wine verticals, even fresh truffles have found their spot among the items have been on our list of requests that we assist clients in locating. No matter how large or small the project, we are more than happy to cater to the most discerning preferences & palates. At present, this aspect of the company has been more of a caveat for investors, than being any substantial portion of our primary focus. Although, we are currently in negotiations with a teak supplier directly. Eventually we will be aggressively pursuing the importing and distribution of raw ( not planked or machined in any manner ) teak logs to several builders within the United States.
Our target audience is focused primarily on individuals with liquid assets in the $250,000 range or more. Most of the ways we invest are focused on opportunities that can often require liquidity, and most of the time, moving on an opportunity can come down to who has the buying power first. The more liquidity we have access to, the greater the chances are for increasing the likelihood of returns in excess of 12% range.
