Sreett was a pleasure to work with -- and very patient with my repeated delays. He really captured what I was trying to convey in my logo.
How Annie_dou_2010 started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are planning to sell antibacterial plastic to packaging companies and also to end users of beverages (for beverages such as milk and fruit juices). This plastic has a unique coating which protects the drinks from bacteria and other types of germs. So it can preserve the drinks for longer periods of time without any need of preservatives and fridges.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
What colors do you want to see in your design?
Other color requirements
I'd like to explore the following colors:
Blues: Knowledge, trust, calm and honesty.
Aquas: Empathy, compassion, clarity and precision.
Greens: Growth, harmony and success.
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
The logo should:
be very abstract, mature and serious
reflect that it is a novel modern technology and it provides a brand new way of preserving beverages (and should not look like a logo for irrelevant technologies, e.g. electronics)
give the customers a feeling of cleanliness
be separate from most of the title if not all
not consists of more than 2 colors (different shades of colors do not count)
NOT be made up of initials such as ‘ZD’
The logo can convey the idea of beverage preservation. Although it contributes to the environment, the logo should not have components strongly related to environmental protection (e.g. leaves). Another direction you can explore is the details of the actual product: this involves a special coating with enzymes connected onto plastics via a chain-like link (see Figure 1 in Design example.pdf).
'Zyme' is one word (zyme is actually shortened from the word enzyme) and 'Deal' is another word (Z and D must be in capital letters and no space is in front of letter D).
