My New Vision
My mission is to inspire and educate women to live a holistic lifestyle that caters equally to the mind, body, and spirit.
My program provides women with the tools and support to live life to the fullest. Most diet plans only cater to the body, but I believe looking good on the outside is intricately linked to feeling good on the inside. My program not only includes fitness workouts and an organic, plant-based diet but also gives women the mental clarity and the energy needed to achieve their full potential and find peace and happiness within their lives.
My community is a tight knit group of like-minded women who educate and inspire one another with our mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional journeys. We aim to be positive and work together instead of working against each other - I firmly believe one woman’s success will help another woman’s success. As women, when we stand together, incredible things happen. It is for this purpose that I have created different platforms to enable you to connect with and support other women on their journeys. Over the coming year I’ll be offering specialised retreats and workshops that will give you the opportunity to grow both physically and spiritually. “The food you eat can be either the safest and most powerful form of medicine or the slowest form of poison”. I love this quote because it reflects my belief that food is responsible for your inner health, when we eat food that nourishes our body we find ourselves truly feeling better.
Energy can be difficult to define, but we all know what true energy feels like. In life we can’t move forward, make progress, or make decisions if our mental focus is blurry, we need to be focused, determined, disciplined, and energetic to achieve our goals and to move forward.
Mindset is an established set of attitudes held by someone. Changing these values can be difficult because these are usually deeply ingrained beliefs created and held from a very early age. I want to encourage and help women change their mindset about their bodies and become goal oriented and motivated to take their health and body to the next level. I aim to inspire women to make the right decisions to achieve their goals (whatever they may be!) in life.
I can’t stress how important it is to move every day, to nourish our body, and really have the energy and have the mindset to be able to move.
Whether it’s running, walking, or gardening, making a start is the most important thing. The world is full of endless opportunities, you can do and become anything you want as long as you put your mind to it and start to move!
Organic and plant based
An organic and plant based diet helps alkalise the bodies pH levels. Why is this so important? Because most people’s bodies are full of harmful acid due to the “standard” diet consisting of meat, sugar, alcohol, and coffee. The body needs live nutrients to survive and thrive and an organic plant based diet brings balance, health, and energy. Getting the right nutrients into the body gives you the energy you need to keep a positive mindset and move every day.

As one door closes another door opens.
I started my journey as a fitness professional at a gym, I loved helping women but found I was capped at how many sessions I could take in one week. I was training 8 women a day, but my ambition was so high I wanted to train 80 women a day! I wanted to help train women wherever they felt comfortable, not just the gym but in their homes, or the beach or their local park.
I wanted to help women who are stuck at home feeling depressed and helpless and who may not have the motivation or money to go the gym. I wanted to make a bigger impact on women’s health and wellness and that’s when I launched my 8 Week Cellulite Blaster program.
During the past 18 months I have changed my whole approach from eating a meat, heavily protein-based diet to cutting out meat altogether and altering my diet to mainly a plant-based lifestyle based around smoothies, juices, and live nutrient-dense foods that give me more energy than ever before.
I started doing further in-depth research into natural health and natural medicines, learning how to heal the body naturally. I was already opened-minded in terms of spirituality, but I’ve now totally immersed myself in all things involving natural healing including mindset, meditation, and mental health.
As I’ve grown over the last year and a half I feel more drawn towards a holistic approach towards health and fitness. I really want to influence a greater amount of people and feel drawn to work with people that have the same values and beliefs as me. I want to provide retreats, workshops, and webinars to help spread my message of natural healing and help others live healthy and fulfilling lives.
With my new website I’m able to reach thousands of women every day from all over the world and help change their lives mentally, spiritually, and physically for the better. I can educate women on how to live a toxin and chemical free, organic lifestyle without drastic measures, just through making small changes to their day-to-day lifestyles to reach an ultimate state of wellbeing. My new branding and business name - Sarah Jayne - reflects the faith I have in myself and the power of healthy living. I am my brand and my brand is me. My new focus for my business is to give as much value and education about mindset, energy, a plant based diet and movement and help change the lives of thousands of women around the globe.
I can’t wait to transform thousands of womens lives this year!
