How BrandCentralStation started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
LMQC (or Let's Move Quad Cities or Let's Move QC)
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
LMQC is an online magazine dedicated to providing stories, tips and news about active people in the Quad Cities community (located on the Mississippi River between Iowa and Illinois, approximately 180 miles west of Chicago, IL). The online magazine is sponsored by an orthopedic/medical practice and will feature "success stories" about their patients, profiles of doctors, information about local "healthy" events, fitness and diet tips.
The main audience for the website is women over the age of 24 who make the majority of the healthcare decisions for their spouses and family members. The secondary audience for the website are people responsible for the health and well-being of people they supervise (e.g. employers, coaches, doctors).
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Logo types to explore
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
A sample website that employs the template we'll be using and provides samples of the stories we'll be publishing can be found at http://testpress.me/ora ... the only thing the client DIDN'T like about this sample website was the logo (so much for my career as a logo designer, I guess).
One other thing that is MANDATORY for this logo is that it must fit within a space that measures 522 pixels x 122 pixels. The site is designed to be responsive and that logo size is fixed to work on desktop/laptop, phone and tablet configurations. Logos that don't fit within this measurement standard will not be considered.
