simple meals & special beers
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
'LaBrass' is a mixed concept: take away (take out) meals and a small beer store. LaBrass stay for small brasserie.
We produce daily fresh and healthy meals (e.g. Buddah Bowls, Crock Pots, Salads, Sandwiches, etc.). All meals are served in bowls. And we sell local and special beers from around the world.
Our customers are white collars, students, beer lovers, health-conscious, salesman(women) and all those who like an alternative in the "food to go business".
We want to reduce food waste, that's why we serve simple but healthy and nutritious meals. We're not vegan, but we use organic products. We buy our products (meat, vegetables, cheese, etc.) from local farmers.
We have a warm interior with wood and slate.

The interior should be set up in an industrial style. The wood will be sanded and oiled. The blue color will be retained. The light will be adjusted with vintage lambs. The year of foundation does not have to be obvious, but if it fits OK.
