I am an ACE Certified Fitness Instructor and certified Life Coach, and I am focusing my business on the fitness, confidence, and character development of the youth of this generation.
FEAT is actually an acronym for Fitness Empowerment and Advancement Training. But I am not completely married to the acronym.
What makes my approach unique is the incorporation of obstacles similar to the way the US Military does in its fitness programming- to both increase fitness, and to develop teamwork and character. Each class lasts 45 minutes, and costs $10 per class, per child.
The foundation of the Hero is the 4 S's:
Skill: A Hero has developed a skill or series of skills that allows them to perform at a level above the average person
Standard: A Hero holds himself to a standard above the average person, based upon their beliefs and values
Striving: A Hero is willing to work harder than the average person to hone his skills and maintain the standards he believes in
Selflessness: A Hero uses his skills to also help those around him
A Feat is something remarkable that someone has accomplished. That is what I want every customer to feel that they have achieved- something truly great.
I also want to focus on fun first, and fitness second. I believe that for someone to successfully incorporate fitness into their everyday lifestyle, the practice of fitness must be fun and enjoyable.
Target Audience: The Mothers and school administrators that would be deciding whether or not their children would be participating in these classes.
