How Brent @ Clines started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
H.D. Cline Co.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are a family run business that is an agriculture dealer that sells and services Case IH farm equipment, our target customers are Midwest farmers who raise livestock and grow crops. We also carry Cub Cadet and Dixie Chopper lawn and garden equipment which expands our target customer base to home and land owners.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Logo types to explore
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
We will be putting this logo on the side of our sales and service vehicles. We have both red and white vehicles so we would want one that works on both or get the same logo with two color schemes. Our main focus is tractors or combines so we would like them worked into the logo but not an actual picture of one, more of an abstract version of one. Have a little fun with it we have been in business since 1937 and have not ever had a set logo and would like to change that.
Our currnet web site is http://www.hdclineco.net, there you can find what we are using for our logo currently and not happy with it. An idea that got brought up was to have H.D. Cline Co. be part of the tractor or used to be the body of the tractor. However we are open to an all new idea as well.
I have uploaded some of our competitor’s logos, we like someparts but not all. On the Muller we like the top left part. On the Radloff
sales we like how the words come out of there product, however would like to
have a more finished look to it.
I also uploaded the current logo for Case IH, the main brand we carry however we do not want to Incorporate there logo in ours.
