Couldn't be happier. I was hesitant to work with an individual designer instead of running a contest but I got more than what I hoped for with Mdna.
- Blue Eye Designs
Blue Eye Designs was great to work with! I loved the original idea, but they were super responsive to my many requests for tweaks along the way to the final. Very pleasant to work with and I am pleased with the result.
Thank you! Best of luck and feel free to use it in your portfolio.

We had an excellent experience with Nesia. Quick responses, great flexibility in terms of adjusting to our feedback, and commitment to sticking with the process until it was just what we wanted. Highly recommended!

Camp Backcountry is an outdoor camp run on an 8,200 acre conservation property in the foothills of Colorado for kids ages 7-17. Campers spend the summer hiking, building shelters in the forest, learning about ecology, horseback riding, roasting s'mores around the campfire, and going on bigger adventures such as paddle boarding, rock climbing, or primitive camping.

This camp logo will be used on t-shirts, water bottles, and online. All neutral colors/black might be best, but open to other ideas.

I like the simplicity of it.
I like that this design looks old/retro. I like the simplicity of the trees and the basic font.
I like the shape, and fun, outdoorsy feel to it. I do not like the van. I do not like the hard edges on the trees and mountains.
I do not like the double circle--it looks too busy. I like the campfire and (maybe) the compass. I do not like the hard edges on the trees and mountains.
I do not like the arrows that say est 1983. I like the inside arrows and pictures, but do not like the hard edges on them. I do not like the circle that goes around the outside of the design.
We would like for our Camp Backcountry logo to be a retro looking camp logo. No hard edges/lines.
All of these things do not have to be used, but some of the things we might like to see incorporated into the logo are:
-ponderosa pine trees (image attached)
-a hiking trail
