The Precision Of HD Audio
SoundSprocket sells premium audio in-ear headphones, also known as 'ear buds'. The audio quality is very high. This isn't your $12 set of cheap stuff at Walmart. The price range will be from $100 to $600 in the US market. The product has from 1 to 4 audio drivers in each ear with a crossover network so that there is a Bass, Woofer and Tweeter in each ear for unparalleled audio clarity and crispness. Our target customer is an audio professional such as musician, studio engineer or audiophile who truly appreciates high sound quality, across all ages genders and socioeconomic strata. A CAVEAT: We want to introduce premium audio to the wider masses of people. Why? Most people have never heard music the way it was recorded. Most crap earphones won't reproduce the ambiance of a drum beat or the crisp rattle of a drummer's cymbal as the stick taps out a rhythm. For most people they are listening to the McDonalds or the KFC of audio and we want to introduce them to fine dining at a reasonable price. We don't want to be elitist. On the contrary, we want to invite a more open audience, but still remain premium in design style, audio quality and reliability. Our competitors are more established and have a few years head start on us in the premium audio market. Major Competitors are: www.sony.com (Hi End) www.Shure.com (Hi End) www.Westone.com (Hi End) www.JBL.com www.beatsbydre.com www.skullcandy.com We need to focus on product quality, design quality and the quality of our statement to the world. We have to try harder; do it better. We need to be . . . BAD ASS in what we do, but still relate to a wide demographic.
