Playful and brilliant, visually pleasing and gets a message across
I'm a big fan of negative spaces, prefer sans serif fonts (def. not cursive) and generally prefer keeping it simple. It's a startup company, so not too many feelings invested, but believe that logo should have full name ("Let's Edit") or at the very least the initials in it, and hopefully something that attach it to video/tv/film editing (like play/pause icons, scissors, film rolls, VHS tapes etc - this is not mandatory, as simplicity rules).
