Mixed Signal Systems designs advanced electronic systems. We would like a logo that reflects the scientific, engineering and mathematical nature of the work that we do.
Perhaps a logo that incorporates a waveform (e.g. sine wave) and/or a digital stream (1s and 0s). Mixed-signal systems have both digital and analog elements.
We are interested in looking at concepts where the waveform is generated using a series of 1s and 0s. That would combine the analog signal (the waveform) and the digital signal (the 1s and 0s) that are present in all Mixed-Signal electronic systems. If you can visualise an interesting representation of this, we would love to see it.
An "ADC" electronic device converts a signal from an analog waveform to a digital stream of 1s and 0s. It could be very interesting to incorporate an ADC into the logo. The symbol for an ADC is available here:
Keysight Technologies, Analog Devices, Linear Technology and Littlefuse have interesting logos:
The Gibbs Phenomenon produces an interesting waveform. The Chirp signal also produces an interesting waveform.
The logo on the following page is interesting to me:
Doing a Google image search for "Analog Electronics" might present some good starting points for ideas.
Elements of a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) may also generate some interesting ideas.
An Electromagnetic Wave may also generate some interesting ideas.
A Fourier Transform may also generate some interesting ideas and waveforms.
