GrindTime is a HIIT circuit-training based workout. We operate out of the gyms of luxury hotels and residences. The workout is designed to elicit high energy performance in 35 minutes or less, making it the most efficient & convenient option for residents. Our motto is "Respect Your Time, Perfect Your Grind."
There might be an opportunity to emphasize the "G" and the "T" of GrindTime and just play with those two letters. We've included an example below of a company named ToneHouse.
