zCrowd is a web application that works a little like Amazon's Mechanical Turk platform. Users (workers) get paid for doing relatively simple tasks that humans can easily perform, but computers cannot. Our customers are medium to large businesses around the world.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?

What we'd like to communicate is that we provide higher quality results than our competitors.
Our primary customers are businesses, so the logo will need to communicate to them first. We differentiate ourselves from competitors by guaranteeing higher quality results quickly, not necessarily by being cheaper.
This logo will also be seen by our workforce. We rely on workers, and one of our differentiators is to reward the best workers and maintain a good relationship with them, unlike our competitors. The logo should not be so business-oriented that it tells workers they don't matter. In short, it should strike a balance between professional and casual.
An additional consideration is that the logo will commonly be displayed on a small task bar at the top of the screen, so it will need to have a distinct silhouette that is readable at relatively small sizes (let's say 50px tall)
