Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Young professionals, college athletes, and the everyday worker - people who are motivated but have not tapped their potential to improve whatever they strive to. We will incorporate fitness into the daily lives of others to alleviate the pain and suffering of others. To help those who want to enable change in their lives, namely via fitness. We will also use fitness as a means to teach self-defense and counter-terror event training as well as basic self-medical care and survival tactics.
target audience - probably young men and women, those who want to defend themselves in the city, and busy office professionals looking to incorporate fitness into their surroundings.
