Doris was a fantastic designer to work with. We were able to bounce suggestions off of them and see perfect interpretations. Highly recommended!

Massage+Stretching for busy professionals!
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
I am a Project Manager by day and Licensed Massage Therapist by night and weekend. I am a man in my last 40s. This is a second/side job (one-man-only business) for me. I have a home studio serving busy professionals who are only available to relax after work or weekends. After 7 years in practice, it turns out almost all of my clients are men. Therefore, the logo should have the impression to capture the attention from men only. The tag line is “Massage+Stretching for busy professionals!” Unlike most of therapists, I start the session with full body stretching, and incorporate the stretching throughout the massage session. I observe client’s body and customize the session to their needs. Also, unlike more of massage businesses operate only on day time, I offer flexible hours in the evenings and all day on the weekend. My studio is very close to the Dulles Airport (IAD) in Northern Virginia, so I include Dulles in my domain name. Therefore, my clients may include business travelers who are in town for a few days – feeling bored staying in hotel after a long day of meeting. The logo should present an image of professional, established, legit, personal, customer-oriented, etc. I don’t expect to gain a lot of clients right away. I prefer to have a steady flow of returned clients. After the logo (including color scheme) is designed, a website with matching theme to be followed. I may hire the same designer to develop the website.

Other color requirements
I would love to have a bright color (like a line or small part, just to catch attention) included in the logo (majority in dark masculine stable color).

Attached is my home studio photo. Also attached are some logo examples that I like. Since majority of my clients are men, I would love to have a male figure included in the logo - in Suit or shirtless (upper body only).
