We provide a variety of services, some of which we are starting to explore. In many ways the logo is something that should transcend a particular service. For example, if we exclusively produced written material, then a logo with a writing motif could work. But in our case we also do qualitative research and case studies, grant writing, hire subcontractors to do work for our clients (aka, fiscal management and services), and provide business planning and policies services.
We are thinking favorably toward geometric shapes or abstracts that suggest that we can "connect the dots." But we're also looking for a clean professional look and nothing too "out there." We have used our name as the logo in the past, so we are also not opposed a clean, stylized use of our business name.
We would like to communicate any of the following in the icon used in the logo:
1. We understand problems and their context by connecting small ideas, observations, data, and experience.
2. We are systems thinkers (we see problems as the product of the interaction and relationship of different systems (systems of thinking, systems of methodology, etc.)
3. We work with the public, private, and academic sectors
4. We are interdisciplinary (we bring expertise from a variety of domains of study)
