Blue Dot strives to de-stigmatize mental health in the workplace and foster a more open, connected company environment through allyship, peer support, and training. Target audience is every internal employee. Awareness is driven by the logo sticker and anyone who sees the sticker should be able to start a conversation. With a network of listeners available globally, employees are able to connect with someone live or via video conferencing should they need to talk. The topic and how much you disclose is up to the user. Users can find a listener near them or look for a Blue Dot sticker on a company badges.
