Wow, what a great design and what a nice designer to work with. The communication was great and I just couldn't be happier.

We are a POS (Point of Sale) dealer focused on replacing old school ECR's (Electronic Cash Registers) at small and midsize retailers. Primarily Liquor Stores, Small Grocery Stores & Smoke shops. Our entire focus is on simplifying complicated POS software and making it more functional for a store owner to use. We accomplish this through solving for pain points we identify with our current client base. Our system is a HYBRID pos because we integrate a physical keyboard that mimics what they are used to on a cash register, with an actual robust POS system. Bridging the technology gap that normally halts them from making the jump to the new tech. Not because we are Green or anything like you would think when considering a hybrid car. But because it is part old style cash register and part touch screen computer.
The Keyboard is the most unique feature that differentiates us from our competition.
We are seeing a lot of variations of combining keyboard and touch screen, however not many that keep the spirit of the classic cash register. Need people to recognize us as a "Cash Register" company. Especially for the non-english speaking demographic.

Love how clean and simple the design is.
Our target audience is hard wired to replace failing cash registers with a new cash register distributed by Samsung.. The SAM4S.
We need our company's logo to be tough and convey reliability while still indicating the high tech nature of a POS system. Our systems sell for roughly 2-3 times the cost of a SAM4s electronic cash register. So we need to convey that our system is both bad ass in its tech, tools etc... while integrating the same workflow and keyboard entry as the old style ECR/SAM4s. The ease of implementation and reliability are two other major points. Our competitor, for all of its shortfalls, is known as bullet proof, reliable as hell.
