Sweet Spot. We all have one -- in our work/career, our health and fitness, our relationships, our diet, our 10k pace, our free time, our golf swing, our sense of Self. We know it when we're in it; yet, all too often it seems fickle. Fleeting. "I want *that* back," we fervently whisper to ourselves as we drift into sleep, only to awaken to another day of Get Up, Churn through the Day, Go to Sleep. Get up, Churn through the Day, Go to Sleep.
Sweet Spot Yoga exists to help people tap into their own unique sweet spot and *live* in it everyday. We don't create the dots (or spots). We connect them. We do this by integrating yoga and Pilates with meditation and leadership coaching.
How It Works:
Private one-on-one sessions
Workshops (2-3 week duration) in Portland, OR and Whitefish, MT
Global retreats in Bali
30-64yo men & women craving a new way to make things happen in their lives. Less driving and more inspiration. Deeper meaning but without compromising prosperity. More thriving, less surviving. More love, less judgment.
After a successful 20-year career helping national and regional organizations achieve measurable positive impact on the lives of vulnerable populations and communities of color through integrated public policy and outreach campaigns, Sarah Tripp Stephan left the corporate world behind to create positive impact at the individual level through yoga and its medicinal benefits. Her teaching approach and methodology is steeped in anatomy, alignment, physiology and fearless living. She is known for an intelligent and playful approach that often includes a sprinkling of arm balances and inverted poses, breaking down challenging postures into simple steps and analogies that make sense for all levels. Her classes are designed to educate and energize. Her single most important goal in every class is to help students experience greater vitality, health and wellbeing. Sarah received her 200-hour RYT certification through Tiffany Cruikshank. She continues to study under Tiffany’s guidance, along with Jason Crandell and Noah Maze, as she pursues her 500-hour RYT credential. She's also a certified spin and Pilates teacher. When she's not in the studio or on her meditation pillow, she can be found on her snowboard or motorcycle, liberating her inner 14 year old spirit.
