ejcampbellpretty got their new logo & business card by running a design contest:
Create a logo conveying the art of applying lean & agile in large, traditional mindset enterprises

Context Matters offers lean/agile training and coaching. Our target audience is CIO’s and senior IT execs in the large enterprise (5K+ employees) space. Agile is an alternate mindset for delivering software outcomes based on teamwork, collaboration and adaptability. It was grounded in the world of small high performing teams (5-9 people), and until the last few years was restricted to that territory. It has constantly struggled with application in the world of “big projects” where hundreds/thousands of people need to collaborate on outcomes. We specialise in assisting organisations wishing to apply “agile at scale”, taking a pragmatic approach to adapting the “small team collaborative mindset” of agile and adapting it to the large enterprise context. Our focus is on recognising “context”, and taking the principles that underly this “small team mentality” and adapting them to the large, complex, highly governed world of the big enterprise. We are (and always will be) a small, boutique consultancy. Our people are recognised thought leaders with a mix of business and IT backgrounds. They are comfortable facilitating C-level and executive workshops, but equally credible at the grassroots level with development teams. We do not come with a “solution looking for a problem”, but with a desire to understand the unique context of our clients and assist them with identifying more collaborative, responsive ways to approach delivery of business outcomes and become learning organisations. Footnote: The company name “Context Matters” is a deliberate play. The Agile world is littered with consultants who take a “my way or the highway” approach to blindly using practices suitable in a tech-oriented startup world and trying to force-feed them to big corporates. We pride ourselves on both recognising and having experience with the reality that context really does matter - and there is a special context that comes with being a large enterprise.
