WhatCounts sells email marketing software and services to middle-to-enterprise level marketers.
The theme for this landing page is Valentine's Day and will promote our We Love Email theme, as well as our full-service email agency. We are looking for a clean, bold, modern design that packs a punch, but isn't too busy. Complementary colors and design to that of our existing website would be good, but it doesn't have to match exactly. We will also be sending candy hearts to people who see this landing page, so possibly use stock photography of candy hearts with "email marketing," "we love email," "email rocks," etc. on them.
Elements to include in the landing page
This landing page should feel/read like a valentine's card you might give your sweetheart, while also highlighting the different parts of our agency: (1)strategy, (2)creative, (3)campaign production services, (4)delivery and (5)data services. You can choose to use this snippet on the landing page or just refer to it for inspiration for the feel we are going for: "Once upon a time, we fell in love with email. It wooed us with its ROI of 40:1. It pulled us in by being the digital glue holding all the other marketing channels together. It won us over as the world’s preferred communications channel. And who can resist that gorgeous responsive design? It’s swoon-worthy, as is behavior-based content and lifecycle marketing strategy. We can’t resist the pull of open, click-to-open and deliverability rates. There’s no doubt, we’re living happily ever after with email." We will be including a Marketo form at the bottom of the landing page, so the designer will need to work that in. Above the form, it should read: "If you’re a WhatCounts client, learn more about our Agents of Email by reaching out to your account manager or calling 866-804-0076. Not one of us yet? Give us some info and we’ll get in touch."
We are not a traditional marketing company and will choose a designer who wows us with an out-of-the-box, truly original design. This landing page needs to be classy and informational while also popping off the page and being best in class. Charming, witty, gorgeous, clean, fun.
