Why online Self-Service is the preferred method of finding information about a product or brand. Consumers would rather find the information themselves via website, FAQs, IVRs, etc than talking to a phone agent or customer service agent. Our product, TouchAssist, is a lower-cost way to provide an automated solution (Virtual Assistant) with a human touch (escalation to a Live Chat Agent)

I'd like this to be an infographic that has stats about self service, then show how our TouchAssist tool is the best by showing an actual customer journey story. I will attach another infographic where we do this as an example.
