The default emoji set that comes on mobile platforms is kinda boring and well-tread. We're looking to have a new set created that adds some new flare and expand the repertoire of what people can communicate.
We'd like to expand the diversity of animal emojis, as well as gestures. Examples might include: a fox, a 'mic drop', etc. (see attached examples).
All icons need to be vectorized and compatible with Adobe Illustrator. They should also be laid out in a 'sheet', similar to what is shown in the attached examples. All of the icons need to follow a consistent sizing. Try to add a sufficient amount of detail that will work at both very large and regular sizes. Expect these to be shown up to 10x standard sizes.
As far as style, please refer to the attached sample images; something more 'flat' than most emojis on iOS. The attached images are not my own, but I very much like the artistic style.
It might be helpful to start with a few icons and get feedback before investing time into the full set.
Have fun with this and let your creative flow out! Don't be afraid to push what people come to expect from emojis!
